Here at Cambs Trials Centre, we specialist in all kinds of modifications upon request, e.g. Exhaust manufacturing and refurbishment, front pipes, modifications to your frame and many custom in-house designed made parts.
We are always looking to reproduce or re-manufacture parts to OEM or better quality that are no longer available from many different bike manufacturers to keep these bikes going for years to come!
The parts that you see below have been manufactured in-house from genuine OEM parts. Most of these are made out of higher quality materials than the originals and may also be lighter and provide a performance increase (depending on part).

CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO 32 HOLED REPLACEMENT REAR BRAKE HUB
New 32 holed CTC Yamaha TY Mono Replacement Rear Brake Hub
Made from billet 7075 T6 aerospace grade aluminium, making them not only very strong but also considerably lighter than an original Yamaha Hub (38V-25311-02-98), Original hub weighs 2049g but the new CTC hub weighs just 1684g.
These come as a complete hub kit with new aluminium internal hub spacer, external bearing cover/spacer bearings and seals.
The hubs are available in machine finish (as in the photos) or powder coated in a colour of your choice for a small extra charge, contact us for more information.
This hub uses straight pull spokes and has been designed to do away with Z spokes, we also have the straight pull spokes available in stainless steel to suit a tubed type rim, old style morad tubless rim or modern flanged type morad rim.
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO EXHAUST REFURBISHMENT SERVICE
We offer a full exhaust refurbishment service for most makes of trials bikes.
How this service works:
You send us your exhaust, we will shotblast the outside of the exhaust, cut it open, clean all of the inside and ensure the internal parts are all in good condition, repack the exhaust, tig weld it back together and remove any welding so you cannot see that we have been into it, then reshape the outer edge.
If the front pipe is okay and not badly dented we will clean that out and give it the same ultra high temperature satin black powder coat or Cerakote Finish.
If your front pip is damaged or you would like to improve the performance of your bike we can offer one of our CTC performance big bore stainless steel front pipes.
These are available as a single piece or two piece exhaust front pipe.
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO BILLET ALI CLUTCH COVER / CASE
Here we have our CTC Yamha TY250/350 Mono Billet 7075 T6 aerospace grade aluminium clutch covers/cases.
These have been reproduced using 3D scanning technology from an original Yamaha casing and replaces the discontinued Yamaha Part number 38V-15431-00.
Being made of aerospace grade aluminium these will not rot away like the orignal yamaha magnesium cases.
These cases come with a brand new Kickstart shaft seal and optional CNC aluminium magnetic filler bolt.
These are available in plain vapour blast finish of in your choice of Cerakote or Powder coat finish.
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO YAMSPORT HIGH PERFORMANCE ALUMINIUM REAR SILENCER
CTC High Performance Yamsport Aluminium Rear Silencer to fit the following Bikes:
Yamaha TY250S
Yamaha TY250R
Yamaha TY250 Pinky
Yamaha TY350 Mono All
These have been remade to fit the above bikes using the original Mick Andrews pressing formes modified to fit a modern CNC Press.
These are being remade using the Yamsport name with permission directly from Mick Andrews and have been enhanced beyond the original mk2 spec with guidance from Mick Andrews as to where these improvements could be made.
The original Yamsport silencers were made for the Hamilton and Factory Yamaha Team bikes and are one of the only silencers to improve the performance of the TY Mono.
This silencer gives the bike a lovely deep note to the exhaust and increases bottom end torque as well as allowing the bike to rev out cleanly at the top end.
These are hand made here in the UK at Cambs Trials Centre and have been manufactured using only the latest and best quality materials.
They have a large stainless steel perforated tube and silent sport packing inside the silencer and will produce a lovely deep note.

CTC YAMAHA TY250 / 350 MONO DISC CONVERSION HUB & FLOATING DISC KIT
Here we have a brand new CTC Yamaha TY250/350 Mono disc conversion Billet hub and Floating disc kit.
These hubs have been CNC'd from aerospace grade aluminium with a 32 hole configuration for 2 reasons:
1. It makes the front wheel lighter than the standard pinky front wheel as the hub is made from a lighter and stronger material than the original hub and it has 4 less spokes than the original front wheel also saving on weight.
2. You can reuse your original drum brake front rim as that is also 32 holed, saving you money.
The hub will come with your choise of round or wavey floating disc and CTC stainless steel floating disc bushes.
We have had special internal and external wheel spacers CNC'd from the same material so this will fit striaight into the fork leg without any modification and you can use your original front wheel spindle.
Please note that you cannot use your speedo drive with this hub.
The hub comes in a choice of vapour blasted finish, Cerakote or powder coat finish in a variety of colours.
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO LARGE VOLUME PERFORMANCE AIRBOX
Here we have a brand new CTC Yamaha TY250/350 Mono large volume performance airbox.
This airbox has been produced using 3D printing technology with ABS+ material making them very light but also strong. The desing of these has given the airbox over twice the internal air volume of the original airbox and with the outlet of the airbox being perfectly inline with the carb inlet it makes the path of the airflow uninterrupted. This ahs also been designed with a drain bolt in the lowest point, so should you get any water ingress it can be drained out without the need to remove the airbox. it has also been designed so you can use your original air filter, air filter cage and air filter cage strap, but the airbox does not come with these.
The airbox comes with the reinforced silicone connecting hose, 2 x stainless steel jubilee clips, all of the stainless steel fixing brackets, stainless steel fixing bolts. if you require a new air filter, air filter cage or air filter cage strap please see the options.
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO SIDE MOUNTED STAINLESS STEEL SIDESTAND ASSEMBLY
These are Custom Hand Made 316 Stainless Steel Side Stand Assemblies for the TY250 / 350 Mono 1984-1992 models where the Side Stand is mounted to the SIDE of the Swinging arm.
They come as a complete kit including new Bracket, Stand, Spring and fixing bolts & washers. Everything is made from Stainless Steel and is manufactured to the highest quality.
These side stands have been designed to sit parallel along the swinging arm, clearing the snail cams and rear brake arm and fit directly onto the swinging arms captive nuts. These are a direct replacement for the original sidestand assembly which is no longer available from Yamaha.
The CTC Side stand Bracket has been made slightly longer than the original standard bracket to allow for the side stand to be fitted on the inside or outside of the swinging arm.
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO LIGHTWEIGHT ALI STEERING YOKE SET
Here we have a brand new CTC Yamaha TY250/350 Mono steering yoke and stem kit.
CNC'd from 7075 T6 aerospace grade aluminium, making it extremely light and strong, this steering yoke and stem set weighs nearly 500g less than the original Yamaha set.
The Kit comprises of the following parts:
CTC Lightweight ali Bottom Yoke.
CTC Lightweight ali Steering Stem.
CTC Lightweight ali Steering stem castleated nut.
CTC Lightweight ali Top Yoke with a choice of standard or fatbar lightweight ali handlebar clamps
CTC Steering stem top yoke bolt made from lightweight ali.
Stainless stell fixing bolts.
Optional tapered steering bearing kit, these can be found in our shop.
The top and bottom yokes and handlebar clamps will come in a vapour blasted finish the same as in the photo or optionally can be powder coated or Cerakoted in a colour of your choice,
CTC YAMAHA TY250/350 MONO LIGHTWEIGHT ALI STEERING TOP YOKE KIT
Here we have a brand new CTC Yamaha TY250/350 Mono steering top yoke kit.
CNC'd from 7075 T6 aerospace grade aluminium, making it extremely light and strong, this steering yoke is significantly lighter than the original Yamaha yoke and offers a modern handlebar position as opposed to the tiller position of the original Yamaha top yoke.
The Kit comprises of the following parts:
CTC Lightweight ali Top Yoke with a choice of standard or fatbar lightweight ali handlebar clamps and comes with stainless steel fixing bolts.
The top yokes and handlebar clamps will come in a vapour blasted finish the same as in the photo or optionally can be powder coated or Cerakoted in a colour of your choice.
