At Cambs Trials Centre we offer a full restoration service. The below bike is just one example of one of our total restorations. Some of the parts on this bike aren't original and have been re-manufactured exclusively for Cambs Trials Centre to OEM or better quality using the latest materials.
This bike has been completely rebuilt from the bottom up with every CTC upgrade part fitted, which makes this an ultimate competition bike.
We restore every bike to the customers own specification from sympathetic original restorations or something totally different and more performance led bikes like the one below.
CTC Upgrades Include:
CTC Billet front disc hub finished in Titanium cerakote with floating disc and latest factory spec Braktec 4-pot caliper and master cylinder, stainless steel spokes and new 32 holed front rim with pinky blue powder coat finish.
CTC Fork bebuild internal kit, adjustable fork spring pre loaders as well as uprated Fork and rebound springs, brand new fork stanchions finished in gold titanium nitride with the fork legs powder coated in pinky pink with metallic grey fork decals.
CTC lightweight 7075 T6 full yoke set in black cerakote finish with Apico fatbars in titanium cerakote finish.
Full Engine rebuild with new Wossner conrod and piston fitted.
Crankcase ceracoted black, New outer CTC clutch and ignition cases finished in titanium Cerakote as well as the barrel and cylinder head.
New Keihin PWK Flat slide carb with new V-Force 4R Reed block coupled to one of our CTC 3D printed large volume airboxes.
CTC full linkage rebuild with all new stainless steel Bushes, bearings, bolts and seals.
CTC Spec MK3 Hagon rear shock absorber.
CTC custom swinging arm modifications with one of our chain slippers, chain guard and sharks tooth and stainless steel side stand.
CTC billet rear hub and brake plate finished in titanium cerakote with 3-piece stainless steel spokes into a fully notched tubeless rear rim powder coated in pinky blue.
CTC lightweight 7075 T6 spindle kit.
CTC lowered footrest hangers with titanium footrests, lowered brake pedal with folding tip.
CTC short alloy kickstart and gear lever.
CTC fully refurbished exhaust middle box coupled to a CTC Big Bore stainless steel performance front pipe and Yamsport performance rear silencer all finished in cerakote silver.
